What is a 'butterfly' task?

Butterfly tasks are the antithesis of a frog task in that it is:

• desirable of your upcoming tasks, one off the list you would most like to do
• enjoyable (or at least more enjoyable than other tasks)
• useful to some extent - not just entertainment or procrastination
